There are no upfront costs. Your place is priced dynamically against comparable stays nearby, and earnings are deposited directly to your bank account. Reeku keeps 20% of each successful booking, which covers the listing, guest screening, pricing, cleaning coordination, and all guest communication. We only get paid when you do.
Every guest passes a background check before their booking is approved. On Airbnb-listed properties, AirCover for Hosts adds damage protection on top. If something happens, you notify Reeku within 10 days with the required evidence.
Yes. As long as your bedroom is private, shared kitchens, living rooms, and bathrooms are all fine. You can live with partners, roommates, or family and still list with Reeku.
No. Your place is professionally cleaned before and after every stay. Reeku arranges the cleaning, and a cleaning fee covers it. We recommend keeping a spare set of sheets and towels to make turnover easier.
No. Smartphone photos work well as long as the space is clean, well-lit, and photographed clearly. Better photos usually mean more bookings, but a professional shoot isn't required.
If you have a physical key, you'll make one spare copy for a secure lockbox, which Reeku provides if you don't have one. If you have a smart lock, nothing else is needed.
